We look forward to welcoming your group to NeXT. Our Sunday–Thursday group policy offers greater
flexibility in dining choices and reservation times while ensuring the exceptional
food and hospitality that define the NeXT experience.
1. RESERVATION TIMES
Groups of 7–21 guests may request their preferred dining time, subject to availability.
Unlike Friday and Saturday evenings, fixed 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM seatings are not required.
2. DINING MENU SELECTION
Groups may choose between:
À La Carte: Guests select individual dishes from our regular dining menu.
Signature Blind Tasting Menu | $93 per person: A shared culinary journey created by Chef Michael Blackie and his team,
featuring 8 individually crafted dishes served over 4 progressive waves,
showcasing distinctive ingredients and globally inspired flavours.
Your group’s preferred dining format must be confirmed in advance. Pricing excludes applicable taxes and gratuity.
3. CREDIT CARD & CANCELLATIONS
A valid credit card is required to book. A $50-per-person no-show fee applies
if the group fails to attend or confirmed guests do not arrive. Charges are applied to the credit card on file.
Please cancel or advise of significant changes at least 48 hours in advance.
We understand that illness or minor last-minute adjustments happen and take a reasonable
approach to one or two unavoidable absences when the overall booking remains substantially unchanged.
4. FINAL GUEST COUNT
Confirm final numbers at least 48 hours in advance for culinary preparation, staffing and seating.
Significant reductions after this deadline may incur the $50-per-person no-show fee
for absent guests, subject to the reasonable exceptions above.
5. PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
One Payment: Preferred for the entire group.
Separate Bills: Available if requested in advance.
Organizer: Must inform guests of payment policies and ensure all bills are settled before departure.
6. GRATUITY
An automatic 18% gratuity applies to all food and beverage charges, including separately paid bills.
7. GIFT CARD REDEMPTION
NeXT gift cards are accepted for Sunday–Thursday group reservations and may be applied towards
the net value of food and beverage purchases only. Applicable taxes and the 18% gratuity must be settled separately.
8. ALLERGIES & DIETARY NEEDS
Advise us of all allergies, dietary restrictions and vegetarian needs before your visit so our chefs can prepare suitable alternatives.
9. APPLICABLE DAYS
This policy applies to groups of 7–21 guests dining Sunday through Thursday, November 20 – December 30, 2026.
Friday and Saturday group reservations follow our separate festive policy, requiring designated seating times,
the mandatory $93 blind tasting menu, and no gift card redemption.
