RECEPTION
Start the evening in our “ICE MARTINI LOUNGE” featuring 3 Martini’s at the Luge, along with hand crafted cocktails, and two fully stocked bars to quench your thirst! Chef Blackie’s team will be passing 6 tasty nibbles and DJ slim will be spinning tunes with a club chill theme. This reception will last 1 hour for guests who arrive at either 7:00 pm or 8:30 pm.
DINNER
Our 7:00 pm reservations will be dining in the Casual Dining Room at 8:00 pm and our 8:30 pm reservations will be dining in the Grand Room South at 9:30 pm.
Chef Blackies has created a unique one of kind sharing dinner is presented over 5 waves, 7 Savory + 4 sweet. Dinner will take approximately 2 hours.

TIME TO PARTY & DANCE!
For our 7:00 pm reservations, we head back to the Ice Martini Lounge around 10:00 pm, DJ Slim has upped the ante on the beats, dance and party as we get ready for the countdown to New Year’s Eve.
For our 8:30 pm reservations, stay in your seat at your table, as the NeXT team opens partition between your dining room to the Ice Martini Lounge around 11:30 pm, we all join in for one big grand party to ring in the new year!
COUNT DOWN TO NEW YEAR
DJ Slim has set the stage for us to ring in the new year NeXT style, head to any one of our two bars, and redeem your Glass of Flute of Prosecco to ring in the New Year!
THE 1:00 AM SHOT WITH CHEF BLACKIE
At 1:00am, join us at the bars, and grab your “Blackie Shot” Don’t drink it Chef Blackie will take to the mic, and we can all take a moment together, understand what we are drinking! You have never done a shot like this before.
LAST CALL & SONG
Its 2:00 am and it’s time for last call and the last dance, Our night concludes as DJ slim lays down the last track!
