These policies help us accommodate more guests while maintaining NeXT’s culinary and service standards.
1. RESERVATION TIMES
Groups of 7–21 may book at 5:00 PM or 7:30 PM only. These seatings maximize availability on prime nights.
Guests at 5:00 PM must conclude their experience in time for the 7:30 PM seating.
2. MANDATORY BLIND TASTING MENU | $93 PER PERSON
All Friday/Saturday groups of 7–21 must enjoy our Signature Blind Tasting Menu
Created by Chef Michael Blackie and his team, this shared culinary journey features
8 individually crafted dishes served in 4 progressive waves,
showcasing distinctive ingredients, creative preparations and globally inspired flavours.
$93 per guest, plus tax and gratuity.
Vegetarian and most dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.
3. CREDIT CARD & CANCELLATIONS
A valid credit card is required to book. A $93-per-person no-show fee applies if the group
fails to attend or confirmed guests do not arrive; charges go to the card on file.
Please cancel or advise of significant changes at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that
illness or minor last-minute adjustments happen and take a reasonable approach to one or two unavoidable
absences when the overall booking remains substantially unchanged.
4. FINAL GUEST COUNT
Confirm final numbers at least 48 hours in advance for food preparation, staffing and seating.
Significant reductions after this deadline may incur the $93-per-person no-show fee for absent guests,
subject to the reasonable exceptions above.
5. PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
One Payment: Preferred for the entire group.
Separate Bills: Available if requested in advance.
Organizer: Must inform guests of payment policies and ensure all bills are settled before departure.
6. GRATUITY
An automatic 18% gratuity applies to all food and beverage charges, including separately paid bills.
7. GIFT CARDS
NeXT gift cards cannot be used for Friday/Saturday group bookings of 7–21 guests.
These prime-night bookings are classified as special events. Please inform your guests in advance.
8. ALLERGIES & DIETARY NEEDS
Advise us of all allergies, dietary restrictions and vegetarian needs
before your visit so our chefs can prepare suitable alternatives.
9. APPLICABLE DAYS
This policy applies only to Friday/Saturday groups of 7–21.
Sunday–Thursday groups follow a separate policy and
may choose à la carte or tasting menus. See our website or OpenTable for details.
