Kindly know that during this phase of the pandemic the following conditions
exist in order for us to provide you with the safest conditions under the guidelines set forth
by the Ontario Health Board.
NeXT will not allow for any exceptions to any these conditions under any circumstances.
CHECK IN PROCEDURE
All guests are requried to wear a mask upon entry of building, You can remove your mask when sitting down.
Do not store or place your mask on the table for obvious hygienic reasons.
When the need to use our bathrooms or exit the facility kindly wear your mask, wear it prior to standing.
BATHROOMS
We have 2 accessible bathrooms on the upper level.
Additional bathrooms are available on the lower level.
CHEFS COOKING DURING SERVICE
Kindly know that during this phase of the pandemic,
with the exception of our culinary team, all employees at NeXT
will continue to wear masks at all times during service.
The kitchen as you will see is located in isolated area,
the team have been together through this entire pandemic.
We do this so we can ensure continual quality & taste of food
is at its best as well ensuring that our team can showcase there skill
in a elevated temperature sensitive environment.
Know should our chefs exit the kitchen they will wear their masks.
TAKE OUT
Park your car and enter the building masked.
Simply provide your takeout 4 digit order number upon arrival to our greeters and we will organize your food. If you have gift cards wait to give them when the order is in your hand and completed.
Pay attention to greeters if they wish you to stand in a specific area of our lobby.
PHYSICAL OR VERBAL ABUSE OF STAFF @ NeXT
Kindly respect this process, should you be denied entry don’t take it personally. Any form of verbal or physical abuse will be met immediate withdrawal from NeXT up to and including a report being filed with the Ottawa Police services.
