– THE TIMELINE –

RECEPTION

Start the evening in DJ slim’s  lounge we will be featuring unique hand-crafted cocktails, and af ully stocked bars to quench your thirst!
Chef Blackie’s team will be passing 6 tasty nibbles and DJ slim will be spinning tunes with a club chill theme. This reception will last 1 hour for guests who arrive at either 6:30 pm or 8:15 pm.

PLATED DINNER

Our 6:30 pm reservations will be dining in the Casual Dining Room at 7:30 pm and our 8:30 pm reservations will be dining in the Grand Room South at 9:15 pm.
Chef Blackie has created a unique one of kind sharing dinner and is presented over 4 waves, 6 Savory +  2 sweet. Dinner will take approximately 2.5 hours.

TIME TO PARTY & DANCE

For our 6:30 pm reservations, we head back to the DJ Slim’s Lounge around 9:45 pm,
DJ Slim has upped the ante on the beats, dance and partying as we get ready for the countdown to New Year’s Eve.
For our 8:30 pm reservations, stay in your seat at your table, as the NeXT team opens partition between your dining room
to the Lounge around 11:45 pm. We all join in for one big grand party to ring in the NEW YEAR!

THE COUNTDOWN TO A NEW YEAR

DJ Slim has set the stage for us to ring in the new year NeXT style, head to our bar,
and redeem your flute of Prosecco to ring in the New Year!

LAST CALL & DANCE

Its 1:30 am and it’s time for last call and the last dance,
Our night concludes as DJ slim lays down the last track!

– This menu is an expression of the chef’s passion & craft, as such modifications to the menu will be limited to Gluten & Pork.
– NeXT will not be accommodating for vegetarian or vegan offerings along with any allergies that would be considered life threatening.
– Cancellations cannot be accepted less than 15 business days, regardless of personal reasons.
– Failure to show for this event regardless of reason will result in NeXT keeping your payment in full.
– Pricing is exclusive of automatic 18% gratuity.
– We do not offer pricing without alcoholic beverages; we kindly suggest you gift them to someone who would enjoy them that night.
