HOW DOES IT WORK?
Chef blackie will arrive on site to your house or business a hour prior to your dinner along with his team and will set up everything for the evening. Chef Blackie would be pleased to customize a menu to your needs or if you like let go and let Chef Blackie take you thru a blind tasting menu!
We provide wine & beverages for the entire evening along with linens, all chinaware, glassware, cutlery . Need table and chairs we can make that a reality as well.
When the evening concludes we return your house and kitchen back to the original condition your gave it to us !
